The president of the board of Matex Controls Sp. z o.o., a subsidiary of Dalkia Group, the president of VEMS Eco Fund Sp. z o.o. and a board member at Magfarm Group Sp. z o.o.

He was born in Warsaw in 1974. In 1998, he graduated from the Faculty of Mechatronics at the Warsaw University of Technology and decided to start studies at the Faculty of Production Engineering. He is the founder and originator of the Matex Controls design office which started its business activity in 2003. The dynamic development of the business, in terms of turnover and the scope of services provided, led to the establishment of the company Matex Controls Sp. z o.o. in 2011. The company joined the Dalkia Group in 2017.

Matex Controls provides innovative solutions for the management of electricity, heating and cooling, as well as gas and water consumption. The company has created VEMS (Virtual Energy Management System) – an innovative technology for energy saving, intended for commercial users.
