Agnieszka Skorupińska is an attorney at law with more than 10 years of experience in advising in environmental protection law. She advises companies on regulatory issues, investment projects, environmental aspects of real property transactions, mergers and acquisitions as well as funding processes. For many years she has also successfully represented clients in administrative and court proceedings concerning environmental protection law.

Agnieszka’s experience includes projects concerning climate change including issues related to CO2 emissions (EU ETS), air protection, including adjustment to emission standards specified in BAT conclusions and the MCP Directive, waste and water management, obtaining and amending environmental permits, including IPPC permits, historical soil and groundwater contamination, environmental damage and environmental impact assessments.

As an advisor she has successfully represented companies from the energy, chemical, construction, waste, FMCG, water supply and sewerage, renewable energy sources, mining, automobile, clothing and food sectors.

In 2014 she was recognized in the “Rising Stars Lawyers – leaders of tomorrow” Ranking of Dziennik Gazeta Prawna. In the prestigious Chambers Europe ranking she has been consistently recommended as an environmental lawyer since 2013.
